What We Do

Established in 2007, Comma Partners has built an impressive network of independent internal and change communications managers.

Our network offers communications experience and skills gained across most industries from in-house or consultancy roles and who now choose to work on an interim basis.

We offer guidance to clients on candidates experience, skills and personality-fit for roles. We can offer a short list quickly and all candidates will have been fully briefed. All candidates are already known to Comma Partners and have been fully interviewed and references checked. Often we have worked with candidates directly or they have been highly recommended.

Comma also offers mentoring support for internal communications practitioners. Mentoring is recommended for those seeking a new challenge or a career change or when support is needed after a promotion or reorganisation.
