Small story/big story with Sparknow

How can stories connect personal experience with big strategic messages? Sabine drew on a sector project that did just that: by finding revealing stories based on personal experience, Sparknow was able to help connect corporate messages around product quality at a global manufacturer with the day to day decisions and actions of staff. This allowed a shift in behaviour and broader ownership of change. Storytelling can address critical business challenges and sit at the heart of making connections and personal meaning around the big and sometimes abstract corporate story.
