Applying neuroscience to communication and change with Ellen Hake

What can communicators learn from the latest findings in brain research? In this workshop, we learned the basics of neuroscience - and had the opportunity to apply findings to case studies and our own examples: the two main drivers of behaviour; what impacts productivity and engagement; the five main areas of threat and reward in organisations; why change is so difficult and what you can do about it plus key lessons for communicators. The speaker was Ellen Hake, a change communication consultant who is completing post-graduate studies in the neuroscience of leadership. For article: http://bit.ly/1As6X0x
